Project overview.
Built Hiive's communications function in 90 days — earned media, executive communications, social and content strategy, and the operational systems to run it all.

Challenge.
A pre-IPO company building its communications function for the first time. The work was to establish the brand voice, media relationships, content engine, and infrastructure needed to show up credibly in a fast-moving market.

Result.
11 active journalist relationships built across Bloomberg, WSJ, Forbes, Reuters, and Axios Pro in 90 days. Stood up the full function from the ground up — media program, executive communications for the CEO, a structured social and content operation, and the systems to support it. Prepared the CEO for a center stage appearance at Web Summit Vancouver.
